Each retreat location has a special “gift“, a special activation for each guest. Diane’s 24 years of training with master yogis, master sound healers, sacred ceremony with three of the Indigenous grandmothers, Thicht Nhat Hahn ,and Yogi Bhajan allows her to weave a true understanding of many tools to learn how to shift your energy.

- We have over 700 meditations to choose from. Since every retreat is customized, each person there will receive their own Daily Meditation—the one that can serve them the best with their current goals.
- Learning how to accept, adjust, process and re-invent is much easier when you have: a Teacher and a Method.
- We share the methods of silent meditation (to connect to the quantum self) and meditations to release anxiety, release a habit, overcome self doubt, release blocks, balance your chakras and heal your body.
Breathwork:
Kundalini Yoga is the ultimate breathwork.
Pranayama: Prana is life force and yama is control.
Your mastery of pranayama will allow you to master your own system.

The upper northwest coast of Maui near Na Pili, boasts indescribable beauty, magic and “mana”. The vibration of love that Maui exudes allows one to deepen their appreciation for nature, mother ocean, the sea creatures and themselves.
Diane has been to Maui over 10 times and expertly shares Hawaiian teachings and very high sacred places on Maui, including an ancient labyrinth.

Snorkeling pristine waters with octopus, eel, schools of Moi ….. being led to a secret nesting place for our honu, beloved green sea turtles, Stand Up paddleboard a stunning coastline, connecting with majestic Haleakala and the impressive West Maui mountains, visiting sacred places such as Iao Valley & (then add in the guided walk in labyrinth).
Note : we accommodate all levels of swimmers & ocean ability. Stand up boards are $40 extra for the board .
NOTE: If you would like to explore on your own, please arrange for a rental car when you fly into Lihue.
