A Sample Magical Day …
- Yoga and bliss
- Cable car over Douro River
- Land at the sister city (famous for Port wine) “Gaia”, explore markets
- Historic 50-minute boat ride up the Douro, with history, on historic boat
- Lunch at “House of the Fish”
- Swing into food market (Gaia)
- Cable car back to top, meditation at Park
- Walk to Porto Cathedral (spend 30-60 minutes here) “Se do Porto” with stairs to the top
- Walk back to our apartments for some rest time (or keep exploring the UNESCO Porto sites)

Retreat Rates
Rate includes lodging, 2 meals a day, transportation to and from Porto airport, all transport to planned excursions, and all “tickets”, boat rides, churches.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare, alcohol, and costs from delays at sacred sites.
