Aside from offering weekly Kundalini Yoga Classes on Kauai, Diane Cline, RYT (Guru Purkh Kaur) offers a series of meditation and sound healing sessions, events and retreats on the garden island of Kauai.

Turn Stress into Happiness!

Being free of stress is the key to happiness. I know for me, my daily meditation practice gives me the space to choose happiness instead of stress.  I think of meditation as my “airbag” (just like your car has one) that protects me from what is coming into my field.

Why do we climb the mountain?  To get a better view!  That is what your on going daily meditation does for you, it allows you to rise above and see things more clearly.  After consistent practice, you are able to remain at this elevated view throughout the day.  At this higher view, we can make decisions aligned with our higher selves as well as, choose to not react.

In kundalini yoga we have over 700 meditations, each with a very specific purpose, to name a few: to remove any physical or mental imbalances, for healing, to break thru any blocks, to connect to your infinity, releasing childhood anger, relief from depression, to remove anxiety and many more.

Meditating Can Be Easy!

If you have already had a class with me, choose any of the meditations you have learned & practice the meditation for 5 minutes (or 11 minutes every day) for 40 days, continuously.  After 40 days all the cells in your body have changed, hence you are a new being!

Challenges of Daily Life

Life is going to present us with challenges. Our daily meditation practice allow us to meet these challenges with ease and grace and recognize them as an opportunity to grow. But don’t take my word for it, have an experience! Try a meditation for at least 7 days straight and notice the transformation within your SELF. 

Benefits of Daily Meditation

You can learn different breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind, energize the whole body and expands the spirit.  Meditation relieves stress, improves mental clarity develops intuition, and gives you more inner peace.

Understanding Mantra for Meditation

There are 84 points in the upper palate of the mouth, the touch of the tongue acts like accupressure.  The tongue touches those areas & stimulates the nervous system and the brain. The words we call mantra stimulate particular meridians.  If you know the combination of the frequency to tap into Infinite Mind, the flow of Infinity will start appearing in your finite mind.
